Please read the following booking conditions carefully.

You are responsible for understanding the policies outlined below.

DEPOSITS

  • Instructor training programmes and improvement courses - 20% of Course Fees
  • Private lessons 10,000 Japanese Yen / Day
  • Final Balance due 60 days prior to course start date.
  • All deposits payable to Instructor Training Academy.

CANCELLATIONS
( Instructor training and improvement courses )

  • 61 or more days prior to course start date – Full refund less deposit and any incurred expenses.
  • 60-31 days prior to course start date – Full refund less 50% of total programme fee
  • 30-15 days prior to course start date – Full refud less 75% of total programme fee
  • Less than 15 days of course start date 100% of total cost

CANCELLATIONS ( private lessons )

  • 8 or more days before first lesson date – Full refund of Lesson fee and deposit less any incurred expenses ( bank/credit card charges etc )
  • Less than 8 days before first lesson date full refund less deposit

The Instructor Training Academy hereafter referred to as ITA, reserves the right to modify program details regarding dates, prices and /or schedules in any way, without notice. The right is also reserved to decline to accept, cancel or withdraw any client. Refunds cannot be made, under any circumstances, for services, accommodation, instruction, lift passes and functions not utilized. An itemization of costs will not be rendered. If required a receipt will be provided for the full cost of the course. ITA accepts no responsibility for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness, death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviations, war strikes, quarantine or other unforeseen events.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance is always strongly recommended. A policy should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel agent can arrange this cover on your behalf. You should make sure that you are covered for extreme sports.

PASSPORT AND VISA

A valid passport is required for over-seas travel and for some countries a consular visa is also required. The possession of such documents is solely the passenger's responsibility. For US, UK, NZ, and Australian citizens you are allowed to enter Japan for up to 90 days without a visa. Please check with your local consulate for the most up to date requirements.

EXCHANGE RATES

Costs are subject to change until Instructor Training Academy receives full payment based on the current rate of exchange in its offices. All payments are to be received in the prices quoted in Japanese Yen, WITH AT SOURCE BANK CHARGES PAID
